Job Description

As a Solution Consultant, you'll be the clinical and technical voice that brings Intelerad's medical imaging solutions to life for prospective clients. Your deep understanding of radiology workflows combined with expert product knowledge enables you to translate complex customer challenges into clear, compelling demonstrations that drive sales success. You'll serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, helping healthcare organizations see how Intelerad's solutions can transform their imaging operations and improve patient care outcomes. 

This remote role with some travel requirements offers the opportunity to showcase cutting-edge healthcare technology at industry events, shape how customers envision their future workflows, and directly impact revenue growth while building lasting relationships with healthcare leaders across North America. You'll own your demonstration environment and work autonomously while collaborating closely with a dynamic Sales team. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Maintain comprehensive clinical and technical knowledge of Intelerad software, including supported workflows and optimal configurations  

  • Conduct effective discovery sessions to understand customer workflows, challenges, and strategic goals, and tailor demonstrations to address specific needs  

  • Deliver customized product demonstrations of Intelerad and integrated third-party solutions, both virtually and in person, that advance sales opportunities and communicate clear value  

  • Represent Intelerad at trade shows and industry events, delivering sales presentations that showcase the company and solutions  

  • Provide relevant clinical, technical, and industry expertise to support the North American Sales team throughout the sales cycle  

  • Log sales activities, notes, and insights in Salesforce accurately and in a timely manner  

  • Gather customer and prospect feedback during sales engagements and share actionable insights with appropriate internal teams  

  • Assist in the preparation and review of RFP responses 

  • Respond to internal questions related to product functionality, workflows, and value propositions  

  • Participate in new product release training and knowledge transfer sessions  

  • Attend training sessions led by developers and product teams to stay current on product capabilities  

  • Assist in the development and delivery of training presentations for the Sales organization 

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Comprehensive understanding of radiology workflows through direct RIS or PACS experience as a user, administrator, trainer, or equivalent relevant role  

  • Proven presentation and demonstration skills with the ability to engage clinical, technical, and business audiences effectively  

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred), productivity tools, and web-based applications  

  • Working knowledge of computer networking principles and basic hardware concepts  

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English or equivalent  

  • Valid passport and driver's license 

  • Flexibility to accommodate customer schedules across multiple time zones 

Preferred Qualifications & Special Requirements 

  • Previous experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or solution consulting role within healthcare IT  

  • Familiarity with third-party systems that integrate with medical imaging solutions  

  • Experience presenting at industry conferences or trade shows  

  • Background in clinical radiology or medical imaging technology 

Travel Requirements 

  • Travel: 25% to 50% within North America, including occasional short-notice trips for customer meetings and industry events

Additional Information

The base pay for this position ranges from $89,325 USD to $115,100 USD. Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Intelerad is a total compensation company. Pay is dependent on the position offered. Bonus and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, retirement, PTO, and/or other benefits.
