We are looking for a Remote Document Control Clerk to manage digital construction documentation and ensure the timely flow of project records. This role will support both internal teams and vendors by keeping files accurate, accessible, and compliant.
Organize and name files according to company protocols
Upload and update contracts, permits, and project plans
Ensure timely delivery of documents to subcontractors and clients
Audit files for completeness and accuracy
Maintain version control and archive outdated records
High school diploma or GED
Prior experience in administrative or document control preferred
Strong organizational and file management skills
Comfortable using Google Drive, Dropbox, or SharePoint
Basic understanding of home construction documents a plus
