The Role

We are seeking an experienced GTM Solutions Architect to join our team. In this highly cross-functional role, you will serve as the technical and strategic GTM partner for our clients, designing scalable system architectures, building platform integrations, and translating complex business requirements into blueprints and live systems.

This is a position designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, process design, and business strategy. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our clients’ marketing, sales, and customer success systems work together—building scalable solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and seamless customer journeys.

This role is perfect for candidates who’ve spent time in a combination of sales, marketing, and engineering. Someone who loves connecting data flows, automations, with an eye on the customer experience and business impact. You’re someone who enjoys solving problems with both logic and creativity—balancing architecture with execution. And you can communicate your solutions back to the clients’ needs at a systems and business level. You consider yourself a "forward deployed engineer” in the current lingo.

What You Can Expect to Do

  • Analyze and improve existing GTM processes across marketing, sales, and customer success for a variety of clients.
  • Design, implement, and maintain integrations between systems such as CRM, Marketing Automation, and Data Warehouses.
  • Collaborate with teams to build workflows, optimize data management, and ensure accuracy across reporting and analytics.
  • Develop and maintain data models and schemas supporting campaign measurement and pipeline tracking.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture diagrams.
  • Design and build business workflows from Lead and Account Lifecycles to Attribution Data infrastructure.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on GTM technology, helping teams select tools and implement best practices.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in GTM Operations, System Analysis, Engineering, or GTM Architecture.
  • Strong technical foundation in data architecture, integration design, and system configuration.
  • Process oriented.
  • Familiarity with tools from Claude Code to Workato and n8n.
  • Familiar with using APIs to link systems for maximum benefit.
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs (Salesforce preferred), Marketing Automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot or similar), and/or analytics platforms.
  • Experience with CDPs or Datawarehouses
  • Strong understanding of GTM concepts—lead routing, scoring models, attribution, campaign ops, and funnel analysis.
  • Ability to see both the big picture and the technical details—translating business objectives into repeatable, scalable processes.
  • Excellent communication skills; can explain complex systems to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Thinks like a product manager.
  • Experience in an agile environment, managing projects via Jira, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Background in a B2B SaaS, technology, or enterprise marketing environment.
  • One or more certifications in any of the platforms mentioned above.

Preferred / Bonus Points

  • Comfortable writing queries, debugging integrations, or building automation scripts.
  • Familiar with SQL, py, or similar programming languages.
  • Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (Segment, Treasure Data, Adobe Real-Time CDP) and data warehouse environments (Snowflake, BigQuery).
  • Exposure to SQL for data analysis and validation across integrated systems.
  • SFDC Administrator or Developer
  • SFDC Account Engagement (Pardot) Experience or Certification
  • SFDC Exact Target Experience
  • Tableau, Power BI, and/or Looker experience
