Reporting to the VP of D2C Engineering, we are looking for a Senior Manager of Software Engineering. You will lead teams within our Marketplace Engineering organization. You will build scalable, customer-centric platforms that power personalized financial experiences across credit, lending, and partner ecosystems. Marketplace Engineering delivers personalized, data-driven experiences that connect consumers with the right financial products at the right time. This includes real-time decisioning, experimentation platforms, partner integrations, and seamless omnichannel experiences across web and native mobile apps. We ask that you will be a blend of hands-on technical leadership and people leadership, with a focus on delivering AI-first, personalized, and experiment-driven experiences at scale. You will lead one or more teams as an engaged manager—guiding architecture, staying close to the technology, and developing engineering talent—while driving execution against product and our goals.
