About the project
Fixpoint is hiring Administrative Assistant for a research project at a leading AI company. You will use your expertise to explain the challenges and skillsets of your job, explain what excellence looks like in your profession, and design questions related to your occupation as an Administrative Assistant.
You’re a good fit if you’ve worked in office administration:
- in a corporate setting
- in a government agency
- in a healthcare facility
- in a school
or have similar experience.
RequirementsMust-have qualifications
- Have 5+ years full-time work experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Native-level English skills
- U.S. residency
- Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet.
- Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week engagement (work is fully asynchronous and on your own schedule).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with office software
- Knowledge of office management practices

- You will be classified as 1099 independent-contractor status; engagement is at-will.
