Responsibilities

  • Performs administrative and support duties for enrollment centers and the organization.
  • Provides administrative support to enrollment centers that includes: updating site information, cancelling customer appointments, sending stakeholder notifications, and other duties as required.
  • Builds and maintains working relationships with internal team members, external customers and stakeholders leveraging superb communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prepares internal reports.
  • Performs work under minimal supervision.
  • Refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Reports to Supervisor of Enrollment Operations-ECA.

Qualifications

  • This position requires strong computer skills, advanced excel skills, strong attention to detail, positive professional attitude, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Experience with advanced Excel functions to include pivot tables, charts, formulas, and related analytical functions.
  • Experience with all aspects of operational and administrative duties including meeting deadlines, handling day to day assigned tasks, and monitoring progress of projects.
  • High organizational and time management skills with attention to details.
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a geographically distributed team.
  • Support multiple team members and projects simultaneously and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree, or 3-5 years relevant experience in a similar field.
