What You’ll Do
- Manage and monitor client service authorizations to ensure accuracy for billing and payroll.
- Communicate with clients, caregivers, and funding sources to verify service hours.
- Enter and maintain information in scheduling and care documentation systems.
- Track authorization limits and notify appropriate teams when updates are needed.
- Coordinate care assignments based on client needs and eligibility.
- Collaborate with care coordinators to ensure compliance and continuity of service.
- Provide general administrative support to management and office staff.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to pass a comprehensive 40-year background check and drug screening (including APS/CPS)
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently
- Strong sense of ethics and respect for confidentiality
