What You’ll Do

  • Manage and monitor client service authorizations to ensure accuracy for billing and payroll.
  • Communicate with clients, caregivers, and funding sources to verify service hours.
  • Enter and maintain information in scheduling and care documentation systems.
  • Track authorization limits and notify appropriate teams when updates are needed.
  • Coordinate care assignments based on client needs and eligibility.
  • Collaborate with care coordinators to ensure compliance and continuity of service.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and office staff.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Able to pass a comprehensive 40-year background check and drug screening (including APS/CPS)
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work independently
  • Strong sense of ethics and respect for confidentiality
