We are an applied AI research lab focused on data and reinforcement learning (RL) environment curation for training and evaluating advanced agents.
Our work has powered state-of-the-art reasoning datasets, specialized frontier models, and multi-turn, tool-using agents trained via reinforcement learning. We are also core contributors to a widely adopted agent benchmark used by most frontier AI labs.
Today, we build custom RL environments for frontier labs and specialized agents for enterprise customers, operating at the intersection of research, infrastructure, and real revenue.
We are hiring a Strategic Projects Lead (SPL) — a high-agency operator who thrives in ambiguity and cares deeply about execution, precision, and outcomes.
This role owns the operational backbone of large lab and enterprise engagements. You will manage complex, high-value contracts, coordinate experts across research, engineering, and data workflows, and ensure delivery happens quickly and correctly.
This is not a pure ops role. You will wear multiple hats — operations, execution, strategy, and product — and make high-impact decisions daily. If you enjoy chaos, speed, and responsibility, this role offers rare exposure to how frontier AI work actually gets delivered at scale.
Build and scale operational systems that support revenue-generating contracts with labs and enterprises
Own execution from contract kickoff through delivery and iteration
Ensure timelines, quality, and outcomes meet high technical standards
Coordinate and manage a large network of researchers, engineers, and domain experts
Design and refine processes across the full stack: data, environments, evaluation, delivery
Identify bottlenecks and fix them — fast
Make frequent, high-impact decisions under uncertainty
Balance speed, quality, and scope in fast-moving engagements
Contribute to strategic discussions on product direction and customer offerings
Work closely with research, engineering, and leadership teams
Translate ambiguous customer needs into executable plans
Help shape internal tooling and workflows based on real operational needs
CS or Engineering degree strongly preferred
Comfortable working with SQL, Python, and technical systems
Able to reason about technical tradeoffs even if you’re not writing production code daily
Experience in operations, program management, or execution-heavy roles is a strong plus
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder workflows
Strong attention to detail without losing sight of outcomes
Scrappy: You figure things out without a playbook
Hungry: You want impact, ownership, and steep learning curves
Comfortable with ambiguity: Chaos energizes you rather than slows you down
Fast learner: Curious about frontier AI systems and eager to go deep
Own large, high-value contracts with frontier labs and enterprises
Operate at the center of real-world AI research delivery
High trust, high autonomy, minimal bureaucracy
Direct exposure to cutting-edge agent systems and RL infrastructure
Competitive compensation with meaningful equity upside
