DescriptionJOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing effective administrative support to multiple assigned leadership including Senior Vice President, and/or Vice President level leadership. Additional levels of support may be added if needed. Responsible for partnering with leadership in the daily business activities and project coordination, while handling sensitive and confidential information in a professional proactive manner.
ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Others may be assigned.
- Directs telephone calls to appropriate destination; manages leaders’ schedules (extensive calendar management), effectively manages conflicting priorities.
- Proactive, intuitive, accurate & timely completion of routine daily, weekly, monthly tasks as assigned (payroll/time management, reports, internal control reporting, meeting scheduling/organizing/set up, etc.).
- Prepares travel and expense reports for all supported leaders resolving all issues; reviews reports for leaders’ approval.
- Maintains department functions including budget expenditures, report processing, department files, vendors, supplies, equipment; and onboarding new hires.
- Meeting preparation (logistics, documents, presentations, catering, etc.) for leadership team.
- Serves as point of contact when providing internal and external representation of supported leaders to resolve issues, as they arise.

QualificationsEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent corporate experience required
- 3 – 5 years of experience supporting executive level leadership, prior healthcare administration background preferred

Compensation
- Pay: $23.90 - $38.30 per hour. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
- Position may be eligible for a signing bonus for qualified new hires, subject to employment status.
