About the Role

We’re transforming the industry with our SaaS solutions and looking for a Junior Account Manager to help us retain and grow our customer base. You’ll manage renewals, retention, and expansion of a book of business, working closely with a CSM partner to provide best-in-class training and care.

You’re both a hunter and a farmer—maintaining strong relationships and uncovering all the areas where we can provide additional value for our customers. Across your assigned portfolio, you will manage the overall economic relationship with your customers, ensuring they remain within the Q4 franchise while proactively driving outreach to expand the value they receive from our unrivaled product suite.

What You’ll Do

  • Retention: Proactively connect with customers to understand their evolving business needs and ensure Q4 remains their choice for Investor Relations solutions. Partner with your CSM to understand customer sentiment, overcome challenges, and prepare business cases for retention.

  • Renewals: Own the renewals process, including negotiations, solutioning, and contracting. Deeply understand our product offerings and pricing, and work with your customers to extend their commitments for maximum value and duration.

  • Expansion: Identify and pursue the highest-value expansion opportunities within your assigned book of business. Engage customers to demonstrate the value and ROI of expanding their Investor Relations spend with Q4. Tailor your outreach throughout the quarter to match customer needs and maximize new bookings.

  • Voice of the Customer: Bring actionable feedback from customer conversations back to the organization, including competitive information, pricing insights, product needs, and investor relations trends.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ proven success in sales or business development, ideally in a SaaS-based environment

  • Strong listening and deduction skills with the ability to identify obstacles or opportunities in customer conversations

  • Knowledge of how to uncover opportunities and build a sales pipeline

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and present business cases both internally and externally

  • Demonstrated hustle, high outreach activity, and strong contact and conversion rates

  • Ability to manage a busy calendar and engage with customers every quarter

  • Experience using Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • This role is remote and open to candidates located in the United States only.
