Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO (Remote, Full-Time)

This is not your typical admin role-it's a strategic opportunity to buy back the CEO's time by anticipating needs, solving problems before they arise, and optimizing operations across the board.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Priority & Time Management: Own and optimize the CEO's schedule to ensure the most valuable priorities are always front and center.
- Inbox & Communication Management: Keep the CEO's inbox streamlined, manage messages, and respond professionally on their behalf.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify challenges and independently find solutions-no hand-holding needed.
- Process Improvement: Spot inefficiencies, create systems, and drive smarter workflows.
- Project & Task Coordination: Track timelines, follow up with team members, and ensure seamless project execution without requiring constant oversight.
