KMPCorp is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to support our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This is a dynamic role requiring both administrative expertise and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all business dealings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prepare documents, presentations, and reports for meetings, including gathering necessary materials and information.
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of executive presentations, memos, and emails.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, clients, or external stakeholders.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming communication, including emails and phone calls, ensuring that urgent matters are addressed promptly.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly organized.
  • Plan and organize events, meetings, and other executive functions as needed.
  • Take initiative on special projects and assignments to support the team’s goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, employees, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High degree of professionalism, with a focus on confidentiality and discretion.
  • Experience in event planning and travel coordination is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
