As a Client Advisor, you will serve as a senior, trusted partner to client stakeholders, driving measurable business outcomes through strategic consulting and strong relationship development. You will manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, leading discovery, shaping engagement strategies, and influencing decisions that expand scope, deepen partnerships, and increase account value.

 

How you can be Exceptional in this role:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of client accounts with accountability for revenue, retention, renewals, and expansion
  • Build trusted, peer-level relationships with senior and executive client stakeholders
  • Lead executive discovery and strategic discussions that uncover needs and shape engagement direction
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand scope, value, and impact within existing client relationships
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for client issues, ensuring timely resolution and service recovery
  •  Stay actively engaged in client work through hands-on delivery, oversight, and billed project contribution

 

How you will help us Succeed together:

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing consulting, advisory, or professional services role
  • Proven success managing multiple concurrent client engagements while maintaining strong outcomes
  • Direct ownership of client accounts with responsibility for revenue targets, renewals, and expansion goals
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence and build credibility across client organizations
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and business judgment skills grounded in data-driven decision-making
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced, multi-client environments

 

How you can Stand out:

  • Proven ability to balance billable delivery work with account leadership responsibilities
  •  Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies
