As an Outreach Coordinator, you’ll be a friendly, patient voice welcoming new members to Pyx Health. You’ll introduce them to our app, answer their questions, and guide them through the enrollment process. Each call is a chance to brighten someone’s day and connect them with resources that matter.
How you can be Exceptional in this role:
- Meet and maintain performance and productivity goals
- Conduct outbound calls to members by phone, explain program benefits, and walk them through enrollment
- Assist members with basic troubleshooting questions related to the Pyx Health app or enrollment process
- Communicate with empathy and clarity, making each interaction positive and supportive
- Document conversations and feedback to help us keep improving the member experience
- Escalate urgent issues to the right team quickly and effectively
- Share ideas to refine outreach and enrollment processes
How you will help us Succeed together:
- Availability for 2-weeks of training to work Monday through Friday 11:00 am EST – 8 pm EST
- Availability to work Monday through Friday 2:30 pm EST – 11 pm EST post training
- At least one year in a customer support, call center, or healthcare
- Ability to navigate digital platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with active listening abilities
- Patient, empathetic, and adaptable to diverse personalities and needs
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a fast-paced setting
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable adapting to evolving processes
- Equipment with the following requirements:
- Computer:
- Must be a Windows PC (Windows 10 or newer)
- Macs, tablets, and Chromebooks are not supported
- Laptop must be purchased after 2018
- Processor:
- Intel Core i5 or higher
- AMD Ryzen 5 2500 or newer
- Memory (RAM):
- Internet:
- Download speed: 30 Mbps or more
- Upload speed: 3 Mbps or more
- Mobile hotspots and home internet from Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile are not supported

- Security:
- Windows updates must be turned on and up to date
- Windows Defender Antivirus software must be active and updated

- USB port for headset (USB DRIVES ARE PROHIBITED)
- Camera with at least 720p resolution
- Extra monitor is recommended (20–24 inches, 1920x1080 resolution or higher)
How you can Stand out:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
