Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience using the Compass real estate platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate administrative support, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision. This role requires both technical knowledge of Compass and the ability to support a busy real estate team with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Compass Platform Management:
- Input, update, and maintain listings, client data, and marketing materials within Compass.
- Leverage Compass tools for property searches, CMA reports, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle email correspondence, client follow-ups, and task tracking.
- Assist with document preparation, contracts, and compliance paperwork.
Marketing & Operations:
- Create and manage property marketing campaigns within Compass.
- Support social media postings and content coordination.
- Track leads, inquiries, and reporting through Compass dashboards.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational needs.
- Work closely with the clientβs team to ensure smooth workflows and deliverables.
Required
- Proven experience working within the Compass real estate platform.
- Prior experience as a Real Estate Coordinator.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools.
Preferred:
- Background in real estate operations or marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital productivity tools.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based real estate professionals.
