Dykema Gossett PLLC, a leading national law firm, is seeking to hire an experienced Administrative Assistant (AA) – Products Liability Litigation. The Administrative Assistant will assist product liability litigation attorneys and paralegals by providing quality legal services to designated client, including preparation of correspondence, legal documents, and electronic filings. Maintains calendar, schedules meetings, maintains files, submits accurate and complete timekeeping data and anticipates clients’ and attorneys’ needs. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of law firm litigation support and California e-filing experience. This is a fully remote position in association with any Dykema office location.

The estimated base annual salary range for this position is $78,000 - $95,000 in Los Angeles. This salary range represents Dykema’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base salary range at the time of posting. The offered salary will be determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, work location, individual skill set, previous/applicable experience, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
