Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This role will work closely with and report directly to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, providing essential administrative and operational support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support under the direction of the Executive Assistant to the CEO.
  • Manage calendars, schedule internal meetings, and coordinate virtual appointments.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
  • Maintain company records, files, and shared documents.
  • Support email follow-up, document editing, and general correspondence.
  • Handle data entry and assist with CRM upkeep to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Help with webinar and event logistics (coordination, reminders, follow-up).
  • Liaise with internal teams to track project progress and deliverables.
  • Conduct light research to support projects and company initiatives.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for administrative needs across the team.


  • Proven experience in administrative support, office management, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with CRM or project management tools (training provided if needed).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • HIPAA compliance awareness (training provided).
