We’re looking for a creative and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team!

In this role, you’ll help manage our social media channels while supporting the team with key administrative tasks. It’s a great opportunity for someone who’s tech-savvy, detail-oriented.
Pay rate: $18 per hour
Social Media Management:
Managing and maintaining all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Monitoring social media trends, news, and competitors
Staying up-to-date with social media best practices and algorithm changes
Community Engagement:
Responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Interacting with followers and building a strong online community
Administrative Tasks:
Prior experience in administrative roles or social media management is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and tools
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
